Acceptance of Terms

grandfluxium provides restaurant reputation management tools and services designed to help food service establishments monitor, manage, and enhance their online presence and customer relationships. Our services include but are not limited to review monitoring, customer engagement tools, analytics reporting, and strategic consulting.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to our clients. Service availability may be subject to maintenance periods and technical limitations.

User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to our services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless grandfluxium Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by discontinuing use of the website and services. If you have a paid service agreement, termination terms will be governed by the specific terms of that agreement.

All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
